Are you an art lead or manager who is looking to support your art team with additional expertise? We also have experience with internal learning and we are happy to work on a plan and implement the desired course of action.

We understand that it can be difficult to schedule time- so let us work with you on finding a solution! 

Our mentors are passionate and will share their knowledge at your pace so that you have the best chance of success. Our process is to assess your needs and your availability in order to create a course specifically to help you with exactly what you need to grow. This is a unique opportunity for you to learn from industry experts.

With your unique scheduled course you will have trackable progress on your chosen work path with your journal/sketchbook, and your mentors feedback notes and paintovers.

This is more than technical art skills, it is a holistic approach to your artistic career and the methods and practices that you will absorb into your personal expertise.

This is an opportunity to work with passionate and driven folks who worked their asses off to be the best they could be- and we want to help you do the same. We won’t be the mentors who promise you that we can improve your concept art so you can post it on social media. We are the ones who will help you understand decision making and problem solving that cannot be seen with an overly polished key art.

Our Mentors will help keep you motivated and accountable while you work through your own process with a critical eye. Only you can do this, but we will gladly cheer you on and give honest feedback so that you are well equipped for your adventure. 

 

Our Mentees are something special

We are looking for mentees who have a solid work ethic and can take themselves to their limits! Are you ready to take yourself seriously and find those limits?

Our mentees are encouraged to talk to their mentors about all manners of things so that they have a good understanding of the characteristics that make great art leaders. Hard work, introspection, big ideas, and teamwork are our pillars- they can be yours too!

    • No! But we will help you understand the thought process behind creating a successful portfolio.


    • We will send you a short survey to understand your needs and then a senior mentor will have a short call with you to go over the options.


    • It is generally preferred to meet in person but video calls can be arranged. There will also be events that you can meet your mentors as well as other mentees in a group setting.
